Broaching Machine
Our Broaching Machines are metal cutting tools with multi tooth features, ideal for accuracy and mass production of square, key way, and round hole. The fed motion of the broach is held by various cutting teeth, making it easy to achieve the profile broaching by one pass in smaller/medium sized component. The machine is built with stroke adjustment and safety option. The broach is mounted in a carrier, which is drawn by a twin lead screw mechanism through the full stroke with the assistance of a 0.5 HP motor.
